Job description
About the role
Red Bull pioneered the energy drink category in 1987 and continues to operate globally, with about 22,000 employees across more than 178 countries and sales of over 14 billion cans in the previous year. The company is looking for a Musketeer Scout in Perth to strengthen daytime account coverage, increase product availability, and grow distribution across on-premise channels. This position is part of Red Bull Australia’s push to open new opportunities, broaden its sales footprint, and make the brand available wherever and whenever customers need it.
What you will do
You will manage your territory with a strong commercial focus, using customer analysis to shape routing, call cycles, and coverage plans in line with channel targets and guidance from your manager and the National Key Account team. A key part of the role is finding and winning new customers while also looking after existing accounts and driving the full Red Bull range, including Energy, Sugar Free, Tropical, Watermelon, and any new product launches during your tenure. You will ensure strong product visibility and availability, represent the brand in a clear and tangible way, and work with the National Key Account team to support product presence and display quality in daytime venues such as pubs, catering businesses, and quick-service restaurants.
In this role, you will also act as a trusted contact for decision-makers such as Food and Beverage Managers, building credible relationships with stakeholders and business partners to strengthen their connection to Red Bull and support shared business growth. You will identify commercial opportunities and turn them into practical sales and marketing actions that help grow Red Bull’s on-premise business while adding value for the customer.
Experience and skills
The role calls for someone with 3 to 4 years of field sales experience, with FMCG exposure being a plus. Experience handling accounts, ideally within catering organisations, will be valuable. You should be comfortable using standard software and everyday technology, and you need to enjoy being out in the field rather than working from an office. A valid full driver’s licence is required, and a company vehicle is provided. Strong self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and solid execution skills are important, along with good written and spoken English.
Additional information
Red Bull states that recruitment for this role is being handled directly and not through agencies.
Candidate declarations

False or misleading information may lead to rejection of the application, reconsideration of any offer, or dismissal from employment if hired.
