Core work
- Support clients in shaping 3–5 year strategies across areas such as corporate strategy, growth planning, market entry, route-to-market, organisational strategy, and M&A strategy.
- Carry out commercial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side situations, serving private equity firms and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Scope projects and lead analysis from start to finish across multiple client engagements.
- Guide teams of Senior Associates and Analysts to deliver high-quality strategy work.
- Coach junior team members and provide practical feedback to help build a strong, sustainable team.

- Contribute to business development by preparing thought leadership, supporting client pitches, and using PwC and Strategy& networks for insight.
- Take part in internal initiatives such as hiring, marketing, and training and development activities.
Experience and profile
The ideal candidate is degree qualified and brings more than 5 years of strategy consulting experience. You should be comfortable turning data and market insight into compelling business narratives, and able to own workstreams or complete projects independently. Strong financial modelling ability, curiosity, and the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues are important.

- Continuous learning, training, and professional growth opportunities.
- Exposure to high-profile public and private sector strategy projects, including complex M&A assignments.
- Competitive compensation with a choice of benefits suited to your lifestyle.
- Access to learning and development programmes.
