About the Role
Join PwC Singapore's Strategy& Deals team, a premier strategy consulting division focused on advising clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other key strategic moves. Our network spans 364,000 professionals across 136 countries, delivering expert guidance across audit, tax, deals, and consulting services to help clients transform complexity into competitive advantage.
In this internship, you will work closely with a renowned strategy team, tackling pressing and impactful business challenges for senior decision-makers. You will gain exposure across various industries and strategic engagements including target identification, commercial due diligence, value creation, market entry strategies, growth initiatives, and strategic reviews.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled students from any academic discipline, both local and overseas institutions.
- Demonstrated excellent academic achievement (minimum second upper) and active in co-curricular pursuits.
- Strong drive and enthusiasm specifically for deal strategy work.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, with strong business insight and creative, lateral thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to dynamic environments, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered beneficial.
