Leveraging Toloka's proficiency in scalable data generation and applied machine learning systems, Mindrift enables experts to shape the learning, reasoning, and performance of next-generation generative models.

We are initiating a Management Consulting sector focusing on transforming real consulting engagements into structured educational environments for advanced AI. This requires assembling a team of strategy consultants with direct experience from top-tier firms to convert authentic project work into comprehensive examples spanning problem structuring, planning, analysis, synthesis, and delivering client-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic consulting project scenarios mirroring actual engagement settings, including industry context, financial data, constraints, conflicting and incomplete information.
• Design task structures that reflect real consulting work like market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Establish evaluation metrics and quality benchmarks by creating grading frameworks and golden-answer solutions to train large language model-based grading systems that assess AI outputs at scale.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum three years of consulting experience at top firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Exceptional skills in structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Proficiency in translating ambiguous client challenges into clear, analytical steps and deliverables.
• High standards for logical coherence and quality assurance in output.
• Ability to work autonomously with a self-directed approach.
• Strong proficiency in written English communication (at least B2 level).
• No advanced technical background is necessary; training on the required lightweight tools will be provided.

Compensation

Contributors to this project may receive remuneration up to $60 per hour equivalent, varying based on experience, contribution speed, and project complexity. Compensation rates may differ across other tasks within the platform depending on distinct requirements.

Additional Information

This role is strictly open to consultants who have hands-on experience at one of the specified top-tier consulting companies to ensure the highest standards of structured problem-solving and project delivery. Engagement is remote and part-time, focused on individual contribution and analytical design.
