Job description

Overview

This role sits within APAC Marketing and partners closely with regional leadership to improve how the organization operates, scales, and delivers growth. The position is centered on leading the marketing team’s AI transformation by shaping the roadmap, spotting high-value opportunities, and embedding modern AI capabilities into campaigns, workflows, and day-to-day operations. You will work across functions and regions, help drive adoption, support capability building, and report to the Director of Strategy & Operations for APAC Marketing.

Priority will be given to candidates who already have the right to work in Singapore and do not need visa sponsorship from Google.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in program management and consulting.
  • Background in strategy and operations roles.

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Hands-on familiarity with leading AI tools, generative AI platforms, and enterprise marketing automation systems.
  • Ability to code in languages such as Python and SQL, plus a solid grasp of data architecture to support prototyping, dataset analysis, and collaboration between engineering and marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with a clear bias toward action.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with experience turning unclear business problems into scalable, data-backed, AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive an end-to-end AI strategy for APAC Marketing that is aligned with regional business priorities and growth targets.
  • Identify, test, and expand high-impact use cases; develop prototypes; and scale practical AI solutions while encouraging AI literacy across the organization.
  • Act as the key connector between regional and global teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Convert business needs into product direction, work with leadership to prioritize initiatives, perform strategic analysis, improve business performance, and see execution through.
  • Oversee workflows tied to measurement processes, coordinate with stakeholders to keep work on track and accurate, and help run core operating routines such as goal setting, annual planning, team meetings, budgets, and expense management.
