- Work with Legal, Finance, Security, TPRM, and other stakeholders to prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Manage supplier partnerships by tracking performance, checking compliance, and resolving issues when they arise.
- Improve spend efficiency through category planning, early stakeholder involvement, and detailed spend analysis.
- Use procurement platforms such as NetSuite and Zip to improve spend visibility, maintain supplier records, track renewals, and identify savings opportunities.

- Contribute to procurement transformation efforts and encourage the adoption of modern procurement practices and digital tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and value within categories.
- Solid experience in indirect procurement and category strategy development.
- Capability to manage complex negotiations involving pricing, contracts, risk, and service-level terms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Good analytical skills, including spend analysis and interpretation of procurement data.
- Hands-on experience with procurement technology platforms such as NetSuite and Zip is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional credentials such as CPSM or PMP are considered a plus.
- Prior experience in the education sector is beneficial.
