Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager with Medical Doctorate expertise to lead key healthcare technology projects on a full-time remote basis. This pivotal position involves collaborating with senior leaders to ensure project goals align with both business objectives and clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic plans for medical technology initiatives with clearly defined measurable results.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams including product managers, engineers, and clinical professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Identify potential risks affecting timelines, costs, and regulatory compliance, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with medical personnel to ensure all projects fulfill clinical standards and requirements.
- Track project progress using data-driven metrics and refine approaches to meet defined targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a medical doctorate or an equivalent medical degree with over five years of clinical or medical technology experience.
- Proven leadership in managing strategic healthcare or biotechnology projects.
- In-depth knowledge of medical regulations, compliance frameworks, and ethical guidelines.
- Competence in translating complex medical information into technical business requirements.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall within healthcare environments.
