With expanding international operations across EMEA, APAC, and North America, supported by robust infrastructure and leading industry partners, we are transforming how businesses conduct cross-border financial transactions. Our client base spans various sectors such as sports, entertainment, logistics, and travel. As we continue our expansion, we aim to cultivate a team passionate about revolutionizing the future of global payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential partners aligned with Sokin's strategic growth objectives in the UAE and broader GCC area.
  • Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through to successful agreement closure, engaging with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to define target market segments and prioritize accounts within the region.
  • Ensure seamless transfer of new partnerships to relationship management teams for ongoing account nurturing.
  • Provide support to relationship managers during initial phases of partnerships as necessary.
  • Develop deep insights into the GCC payments ecosystem, covering fintech, banking, financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, travel, and logistics sectors.
  • Focus on engaging mid-enterprise companies requiring FX and cross-border payment solutions.

  • Proven ability to independently build sales pipelines and close partnership or new business agreements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cross-border payments, foreign exchange, and relevant GCC regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and ability to work independently towards targets.
  • Experience in dynamic, high-growth fintech or startup environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
