Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Strategic Partnerships Manager to join the growing global Partnerships team based in Dubai. This role involves managing a dedicated pipeline and target list to establish and develop strategic partnerships with mid to large enterprise clients within the GCC, specifically focused on cross-border payments to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential partners aligned with Sokin's strategic growth objectives in the UAE and broader GCC area.
- Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through to successful agreement closure, engaging with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to define target market segments and prioritize accounts within the region.
- Ensure seamless transfer of new partnerships to relationship management teams for ongoing account nurturing.
- Provide support to relationship managers during initial phases of partnerships as necessary.
- Develop deep insights into the GCC payments ecosystem, covering fintech, banking, financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, travel, and logistics sectors.
- Focus on engaging mid-enterprise companies requiring FX and cross-border payment solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least five years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within financial services, international payments, remittance, or e-commerce industries.
- Proven ability to independently build sales pipelines and close partnership or new business agreements.
- Comprehensive understanding of cross-border payments, foreign exchange, and relevant GCC regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation capabilities along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and ability to work independently towards targets.
- Experience in dynamic, high-growth fintech or startup environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated passion for payments technology, fintech innovations, and digitally evolving ecosystems.
