STP/ETP Operator Cum Supervisor

Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the operation and upkeep of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) under the company's management in the Greater Noida region. The operator cum supervisor will maintain equipment performance, ensure water treatment quality, and supervise on-site teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and ensure optimal functioning of company-operated STPs.
• Monitor critical systems including pumps, blowers, filters, dosing equipment, and electrical controls.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and conduct equipment inspections.
• Detect operational issues promptly and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Conduct visits and inspections at other company-installed STP locations.
• Lead and guide operators performing duties at various STP sites.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for treated water output.
• Conduct site visits to new customer locations for technical data collection.
• Assist the sales team in site evaluations and technical consultations.
• Provide support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hands-on experience with operation and maintenance of STP plants.
• Foundational understanding of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and related sewage treatment processes, including pumps, blowers, and filtration equipment.
• Capability to supervise staff and independently manage several site operations.
• Willingness to travel within Noida, Greater Noida, and neighboring areas.
• Preferable possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Professional attitude with responsibility, punctuality, and strong communication skills for customer interaction.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges between 15,000 and 28,000 INR.
