About Suprajit Engineering

Established in 1985, Suprajit Group has evolved into a global leader in designing and manufacturing mechanical control cables. Expanding strategically, Suprajit entered the Non-Automotive-Cables and Controls market through the acquisition of Wescon Controls Inc USA in 2015 and diversified into automotive lighting with the acquisition of Phoenix Lamps Limited in 2014. Headquartered in Bangalore, India, the group has transformed from being a single-product, customer, segment, brand, and location company into a diverse, multi-product global enterprise focused on customer satisfaction and delivering value across quality, cost, delivery, and development.

The Suprajit Group operates across India, the UK, the US, and Mexico, boasting significant manufacturing capabilities including producing over 300 million cables and 80 million bulbs annually. Its subsidiaries include Suprajit Engineering Limited (including Phoenix Lamps), Suprajit Automotive Limited, Suprajit Europe Limited, Wescon Controls LLC, and Suprajit Inc USA.
