  • Carry out various inspections on inventory, received items, and documentation, verifying compatibility and authenticity of spare parts, tools, and equipment, including new, repaired, or modified items across different categories.
  • Ensure all parts are handled, stored, maintained, and issued according to established safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, encompassing tasks like segregation, registration, packing, labeling, tagging, and shipping.

  • Supervise handling of chemicals and hazardous goods following IATA Dangerous Goods regulations, maintain quarantine registers, and submit regular management reports per TPM guidelines.
  • Monitor shelf life and calibration schedules, proactively initiating repair, recalibration, disposal, or removal of expired or unfit items in partnership with relevant staff.
  • Issue Calibration Certificates for calibrated tools referencing calibration master numbers.
  • Guide Stores Controllers on effective inventory segregation and storage considering environmental and coding factors.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to control stock levels, particularly in quarantine areas.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Controllers to ensure issuance is according to demands and approved criteria.
  • Support Stores Supervisors to prepare for audits by maintaining compliance with all adopted storage, documentation, stock management, and certification procedures to prevent findings.
  • Document and report all scrapped parts to the finance department.
