About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Storeperson to join our Townsville warehouse team. Your main duties will include unloading and loading deliveries, sorting customer orders efficiently, and supporting inventory tasks to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and seamless warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy.
- Handle customer orders cautiously to maintain quality standards.
- Assist with stock management and conduct periodic stocktakes.
- Operate forklifts to facilitate loading and unloading activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service when required.
- Maintain accurate administrative records following company procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working in warehouses or similar environments.
- Possession of a valid forklift license with practical forklift operation experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills combined with a positive and proactive work attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good problem-solving capabilities and efficient time management skills.
