About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Storeman based in Edinburgh (Gogarburn) to join our team, operating Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The salary for this role ranges between £32,000 and £35,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver catering and hospitality supplies across various locations within the site.
- Manage receipt and rotation of stock and deliveries efficiently.
- Ensure all vending machines are properly stocked, cleaned, and maintained.
- Conduct weekly stock counts of vending machine inventory.
- Maintain kitchenette areas by replenishing supplies and keeping them tidy at all times.
- Order stock accurately to align with free issue and vending needs.
- Provide a courteous, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence during service periods, responding promptly to customer needs.
- Uphold a positive and cooperative attitude towards team members, contributing to an effective kitchen and service operation.
- Complete mandatory training on food safety, health and safety, and environmental procedures.
- Adhere strictly to unit cleaning schedules to ensure hygiene standards.
