Role Overview

We are searching for an outstanding Head of Hospitality & Events to oversee exceptional hospitality and event operations in a prestigious financial services setting based in Liverpool Street, London. This pivotal leadership position entails fusing passion for gastronomy, people, and service with sharp commercial insight to ensure excellence in a prominent corporate catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a skilled hospitality and events team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and engagement.
• Identify and cultivate talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession strategies.
• Create an inclusive and collaborative workplace that supports employees to perform at their highest.
• Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and ongoing professional development.
• Build influential relationships with senior clients and act as the primary hospitality representative ensuring superior service delivery.
• Understand client objectives and proactively develop solutions aligned with their needs.
• Plan and execute a diverse array of sophisticated corporate events, executive dining, conferences, and meetings.
• Ensure top-tier standards for food quality, presentation, service, and guest experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to innovate and deliver cutting-edge food concepts.
• Develop hospitality strategies aligned with client and company goals and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and client feedback to drive operational enhancements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets while maintaining service and compliance standards.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety, and corporate policy adherence.
• Support business growth through innovation and strong relationship management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive leadership background within corporate hospitality, events, catering, or luxury service sectors.
• Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management capabilities including engagement with senior decision-makers.

• Commercially astute with robust financial understanding.
