Store Security Detective (m/w/d) – Career changers welcome

About the role

We are a growing company in the security sector, delivering professional protection and safety services to our clients at a high standard. To strengthen our team in the Magdeburg area, we are looking for dependable and motivated people who enjoy working in a security-focused environment. This position is open to career changers.

The role is based on a 40-hour work week, is permanent, and can start immediately.

The advertised pay ranges from EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and the type of duties performed.

Key duties

• Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Carry out regular patrols through the store and help protect merchandise and stock.
• Record incidents and prepare reports about thefts and other unusual events.
• Work closely with store staff to help ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms and support follow-up on incidents.
