Store Sales Executive

Role Overview

This role focuses on efficiently managing omnichannel order processing and inventory by handling ERP operations, billing, inventory updates, order fulfillment, and dispatch coordination, ensuring accurate stock management and smooth store operations.

Main Duties

• Process orders received via multiple sales channels, ensuring compliance with brand packaging guidelines.
• Manage picking, packing, and coordination with logistics for timely shipments.
• Track and monitor order status to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics effectively.
• Execute daily ERP and POS system transactions including invoice generation and stock updates.
• Maintain precise documentation of orders, inventory movements, and dispatches.
• Support reporting and management information system requirements at the store level.
• Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize stockroom and packing areas while adhering to quality standards.
• Assist in store operations during peak periods and support opening/closing procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree preferred.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, ERP usage, billing, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, POS platforms, and inventory tools.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong detail orientation and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Experience
