Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role primarily involves generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and expanding our market presence through customer visits and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads, converting these into confirmed sales.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with current clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insightful feedback on market trends.
- Conduct customer visits according to an approved tour itinerary to increase market outreach.
- Ensure prompt payment collections exclusively through company-approved channels.
- Manage and submit all tour-related expenses for timely approval.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong orientation towards achieving targets.
- Readiness to travel as business needs demand; candidates possessing a personal motorcycle are favored.
Additional Information
This position offers a monthly payment ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 INR. It involves regular travel for customer visits as part of the job function.
