Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service following the Crocs C.H.A.R.M. service model to enhance shopper engagement.
• Uphold company asset protection standards including preventing shortages, managing inventory, and ensuring procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Management to enhance performance metrics by applying effective sales strategies.
• Assist in routine retail operations such as handling POS transactions, restocking merchandise, managing pricing and markdowns, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Develop expertise across multiple store functions including customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Contribute proactively to fostering an upbeat and collaborative team environment where ideas and feedback are openly shared.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Completion of Senior Secondary School Year 12 or equivalent is preferred.
• Between one and two years of prior work experience, ideally within retail environments.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness and flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and retail POS systems.
• Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail setting.
• Physical capacity to regularly climb ladders and lift at least 15 kilograms with support.
