Position Overview

Located at our Wagga Wagga West Branch in Victoria and reporting to the Branch Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual for an entry-level Store Person role. This is not just a job but an opportunity to build a career, requiring a focus on customer service, eagerness to learn, and ambition for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling receipt and dispatch of products and goods
• Performing warehouse operations
• Assisting with customer deliveries when needed
• Operating computer systems
• Providing customer service and supporting sales
• Maintaining a neat and professional store appearance
• General housekeeping duties
• Adhering to company and customer QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• Possession of a valid full driving licence
• Forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain one with the company covering the cost for suitable candidates
• No previous industry experience required; however, confidence, a willingness to learn, and ambition to develop skills are essential
• Capability to undertake manual handling tasks
• Availability to work some overtime when necessary
