Role Overview

This position is part of Wolt Market, Wolt's proprietary grocery store concept designed to deliver exceptional convenience and industry-leading customer experiences. Operating across Germany, Wolt Market enables customers to order groceries online and receive them at home with exceptional speed. This role is vital for expanding Wolt Market's footprint in Germany.

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee one of our Berlin-based outlets. This is a highly responsible role that involves leading a team of 2-4 Shift Leads, shaping store operations, and directly impacting Wolt Market's future development in the region.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and enjoyable workplace where employees can excel and engage in team-building activities.
• Collaborate closely with Wolt's Operations Team to enhance daily store operations, ensuring rapid delivery and smooth functioning across all processes.
• Participate actively in internal and external meetings to align operations and goals.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to curate the best product selection and ensure availability.
• Monitor and control product shrinkage and minimize food waste effectively.
• Organize shift schedules to optimize staffing.
• Manage incoming deliveries and stock ordering processes.
• Oversee all store needs supporting growth, from procuring office supplies and IT equipment to setting up refrigeration units.
