Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, high standards of cleanliness and safety, and smooth store functioning. You will lead and develop your team by coaching future leaders, managing store inventory to reduce shrinkage, and coordinating tasks such as operating registers and merchandising. Other key duties include identifying opportunities to improve store performance, effectively allocating resources to meet business objectives, and participating in recruitment efforts to hire the best candidates.
