Overview

This apprenticeship as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk specializing in foreign trade offers a comprehensive insight into the entire supply chain within fashion retail — from creative purchasing through international procurement to distribution. You will ensure our collections reach stores and customers punctually and cost-effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring logistics chains and managing inventory and stock levels
• Handling ordering processes, import/export procedures, and customs clearance
• Communicating with international suppliers
• Organizing office tasks and managing documents

Within the creative procurement area, you will actively support all tasks related to collection development, maintaining close contact with our products. Specific tasks include:

• Autonomously managing order processes
• Maintaining and expanding international supplier relationships
• Tracking and documenting sample deliveries
• Coordinating fitting appointments with quality management and preparing for photoshoots
• Overseeing delivery deadlines and quality
• Maintaining article master data
• Preparing ordering documents and order confirmations

Additional Opportunities

We support supplementary vocational school options, such as an additional qualification as an "International Merchant" including a three-week stay in Dublin or as an "Asian Merchant" with a visit to China.

Candidate Profile

• Good secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss) or preferably a technical high school diploma in business or similar
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills
• Organizational talent, sociability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and affinity for digital media complete your profile
