Job Overview
Varshitha Traders is seeking a dedicated and skilled Display Point Manager / Store Manager for our VARAM Latex Mattress and V-Furniture Mall outlet located in Tenali, Guntur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall store management while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail store or showroom operations effectively.
- Handle customer interactions and maintain sales follow-ups.
- Oversee billing processes and maintain stock records.
- Supervise staff and coordinate daily store activities.
- Navigate website and ecommerce platforms to facilitate online order bookings and placement.
- Understand payment methods, including UPI, card payments, payment gateways, handling failed transactions, refunds, and tracking order identification.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in retail store or showroom management is essential.
- Strong communication skills and punctuality.
- Demonstrated responsible behaviour and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce systems and payment handling procedures.
