Store Manager - Luxury Fine Jewellery Boutique

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Store Manager to head a prestigious luxury fine jewellery boutique located in one of Riyadh's premier luxury retail hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the boutique team to meet and exceed sales goals and business targets.
• Ensure delivery of an outstanding luxury customer experience by upholding superior service standards.
• Manage daily boutique operations, including overseeing inventory control, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance.
• Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clientele.
• Track sales performance, review key performance indicators, and devise strategies to enhance revenue growth.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor staff members to cultivate a dynamic and successful sales environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Three to five years of experience managing a store in fine jewellery, luxury retail, watches, premium fashion, or comparable luxury sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and consistently meeting sales objectives.
• Strong business insight combined with a passion for luxury retail and exceptional client service.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, communication proficiency, and team management skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
