About the Role

We invite you to join the Calvin Klein Underwear team as a Store Manager based in Booragoon, Perth. PVH is a globally recognized fashion company owning brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Van Heusen, with operations across more than 40 countries. This role requires leadership in managing store operations, driving sales performance, and fostering a motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead, recruit, mentor, and energize a retail team to meet business goals.
• Oversee stock control, visual merchandising, and ensure attention to detail throughout the store.
• Manage and achieve key performance indicators, including sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average transaction value, minimizing shrinkage, and performance in mystery shopping.

Candidate Profile

• Proven prior experience in supervisory or management roles within customer service or retail apparel.
• Strong communication and people management abilities with confidence in recruitment and team motivation.
• An entrepreneurial mindset capable of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Highly presentable with exceptional grooming standards and a positive, energetic attitude.
