About the Role
Join BWS, Australia's largest bottle shop chain with over 1,450 stores and more than 10,000 team members, as a Store Manager at our Yarrawonga location. This role offers base salary plus superannuation and relocation assistance may be considered. We are searching for a passionate leader who embodies our values and brings an engaging, energetic culture to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your store team to reach their goals and deliver optimal performance using company programs and personal initiative.
- Champion a customer-focused, safety-first environment with a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Manage and delegate daily duties involving inventory control, store upkeep, and staff management, targeting sales growth and budget achievement.
- Create an outstanding experience for both customers and coworkers by applying strong interpersonal skills, avoiding dull routines.
- Spot and capitalize on opportunities for business development, ensuring alignment with objectives and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Engage the local community and customers by customizing store presentation and activities to inspire and excite.
