Role overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Store Manager to take charge of the Black Pepper store at Coastlands. This role is responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day store activities, sales performance, customer experience, team leadership, stock management, and presentation standards. You will also be expected to keep the store welcoming and ensure the team works together effectively.
This is a full-time position, worked from Monday to Friday.
Key duties
- Guide, support, and motivate the store team to meet sales goals and provide excellent service.
- Oversee everyday store activity so operations remain efficient and well organized.
- Track stock levels, arrange replenishment, and keep inventory well ordered.
- Build and maintain monthly rosters so labour costs stay within the allocated hours budget.
- Uphold strong visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks appealing and well presented.
