Position Purpose

We seek a dynamic and experienced store manager to join our luxury retail team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exemplary leadership skills, a keen aesthetic sense, and a thorough understanding of luxury clientele and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the store team, cultivating a collaborative, creative, and accountable work culture.
• Create and execute strategic plans aimed at meeting business objectives and elevating customer experience.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure operational excellence throughout all customer interactions.
• Analyze key performance indicators including sales targets, cross-selling, conversation rates, and CRM metrics like private appointments and prospect engagement to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Retail, Merchandising, Communications, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment of strategies and promote best practices.
• Effectively manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee timelines to guarantee project and business success.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitors to anticipate client needs and foster innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least six years' managerial experience in a retail store environment, preferably within the luxury or premium sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Strategic thinker with operational dexterity.
• Excellent skills in communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Passionate about the luxury industry, craftsmanship, and pioneering innovation.
