Role overview

The Regatta Group is seeking a Store Manager for its Navan Shopping Centre store in Navan, County Meath. This is a full-time, on-site position of 39 hours per week. What the role involves

• Help customers find the right products by understanding their individual needs and recommending suitable options.
• Ensure every customer receives a high-quality service experience from the store and team.
• Maintain a visually appealing store that is presented to a high standard at all times.
• Handle incoming deliveries and carry out merchandising activities.
• Encourage, coach, and support team members so strong standards are consistently met.
• Keep stock replenished efficiently and maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised shop floor.
• Oversee the day-to-day operational responsibilities involved in running a retail store.

Candidate profile
