Role overview
The Regatta Group is seeking a Store Manager for its Navan Shopping Centre store in Navan, County Meath. This is a full-time, on-site position of 39 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about retail, confident in leading a team, and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience every day.
Applicants should already have experience managing a retail store and guiding team members, as this background is considered essential for the role.
What the role involves
- Help customers find the right products by understanding their individual needs and recommending suitable options.
- Ensure every customer receives a high-quality service experience from the store and team.
- Maintain a visually appealing store that is presented to a high standard at all times.
- Handle incoming deliveries and carry out merchandising activities.
- Encourage, coach, and support team members so strong standards are consistently met.
- Keep stock replenished efficiently and maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised shop floor.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational responsibilities involved in running a retail store.
Candidate profile
