Role Overview

The Store Inventory Manager in our Mackay location takes full responsibility for maintaining a productive, safe, and orderly inventory process throughout the store, from receiving stock at the dock to organizing it on the sales floor. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role plays a critical part in overseeing the quality management of office and back-of-house inventory systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
• Oversee the inventory cycle and ensure efficient stock handling within the store.
• Plan and prioritize daily work and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and control costs.
• Ensure safe and efficient inventory management practices across store operations.
• Improve customer experience by ensuring product availability and smooth stock flow.
• Take a hands-on approach managing back dock operations, including receiving, processing, and moving products to the shop floor.
