Role Overview

This position involves managing multiple trust stores primarily engaged in food and beverage services. The Store Incharge will supervise staff, oversee inventory, enforce company policies, and ensure the achievement of operational objectives focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee multiple trust stores' day-to-day functions including managing employees and inventory.
• Implement and uphold policies and procedures as directed by the board.
• Manage product stocks using methods like BOM, GRN, LIFO, and FIFO.
• Control and monitor shrinkage, wastage, and rat damage prevention.
• Handle vendor relationships and conduct stock audits.
• Monitor and forecast budgets, track daily to yearly financial reports, and maintain expenses within budget limits.
• Review and approve operational invoices for timely payment processing.
• Design and execute new processes or projects to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure clear communication and training with staff to guarantee understanding and compliance with processes.
• Manage regional accounts to enhance customer experience and expand business.
• Analyze data to resolve issues and make informed business decisions.
• Oversee labor management, productivity, quality control, and safety in alignment with departmental standards.

Requirements

• Preferred gender: Male.
• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• At least 3 years of experience, especially in food catering, FMCG, or food sector operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management concepts such as BOM, GRN, LIFO, FIFO.
• Knowledge of controlling shrinkage, wastage, and rodent damage.
• Experience in vendor management and stock audit procedures.
• Previous involvement in managing store operations within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective team leadership and customer relations.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
