Role Overview

The company is hiring a Store HR Officer for the Vidarbha region, based in Chandrapur. Female candidates are preferred for this opportunity. The role focuses on store-level HR coordination, employee administration, compliance support, and people process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities at the store level.
  • Support joining formalities, onboarding, and exit-related processes.
  • Maintain personnel records and manage employee data documentation.
  • Track monthly attendance and leave records accurately.
  • Check and validate third-party vendor bills.
  • Coordinate salary disbursement activities.
  • Assist with statutory compliance-related coordination.
  • Handle coordination for employee benefits administration.
  • Organize store-level training activities and maintain related documentation.
  • Escalate employee grievances through the appropriate channels.
  • Support HR initiatives and workplace engagement drives.
  • Maintain the notice board and coordinate inspection-related requirements.

Education Requirement

The preferred qualification is MBA in HR, MLW, MPM, or MHRD.
