About the Role

Join Ulta Beauty in Qatar as a Store General Manager to spearhead the launch of one of the world's premier beauty retail brands. This leadership role demands delivering an exceptional customer experience and overseeing store operations from inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a substantial team to reach targeted business goals and nurture a culture of high performance.
• Drive sales growth by implementing strategic planning, executing effectively, and fostering customer engagement.
• Ensure superior customer service alongside excellent store appearance and presentation.
• Oversee important metrics such as sales, conversion rates, productivity, shrinkage, and profitability.
• Manage day-to-day store functions, including stock management, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention tactics.
• Handle recruitment, development, retention, and performance management of staff through coaching and succession planning.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines, operational procedures, health & safety norms, and brand standards.
• Establish strong connections with customers, team members, and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by exemplifying company values and fostering an engaging atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in senior retail roles such as Store Manager or General Manager.
• Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or extensive retail environments.
• Successful track record in boosting sales and managing store profitability.
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing diverse teams.
• Excellent business acumen with analytical skills for decision making.
