Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Pasewalk within a growing security services company. The role is permanent, starts as soon as possible, and offers hourly pay between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR.
The company provides professional protective and security services to clients and is looking for dependable, motivated support for its team in the Pasewalk area.
Key duties
- Monitor activity on the shop floor and spot suspicious behavior at an early stage.
- Carry out regular patrols through the store and help safeguard merchandise and stock.
- Record incidents and prepare reports about thefts and other irregularities.
- Work closely with retail staff to maintain a secure shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms and assist with incident clarification.
Candidate profile
- Sharp observation skills and strong attention to detail to identify suspicious activity quickly.
- Good communication skills for team coordination and interaction with customers or colleagues when needed.
- The ability to stay calm and act with composure under pressure.
- High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to build trust with the company and its customers.
