About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Stockroom Specialist to join our team at the Manawa Bay Factory Outlet in Auckland on a full-time basis. The position requires availability on weekdays and weekends to support our busy retail environment. Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in managing daily stockroom operations including logistics, inventory control, and stock delivery to sales floor to ensure an exceptional factory outlet experience.
- Provide feedback on resource needs to store management in order to sustain efficient stockroom operations and uphold a high standard stockroom model.
- Embody and promote the adidas brand values and products to create an engaging and impactful representation of the company.
- Ensure adherence to global retail operational guidelines, policies, and standards in the back of house; suggest improvements to enhance the factory outlet experience.
- Support store profitability by helping the team to meet or exceed sales and profit objectives.
- Contribute to delivering outstanding consumer experiences while aligning with commercial targets.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Previous experience as a retail team leader managing men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear categories.
- Familiarity with stockroom procedures and inventory management.
