Role overview
This position is for a Stockroom Associate within @home in Irene, Pretoria, Gauteng. The role focuses on stock control, smooth product movement, and maintaining a high standard of presentation and service in store.
Key responsibilities
- Share updates with management on stock discrepancies, stock flow, and related issues.
- Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Support the achievement of sales targets.
- Handle the receipt and dispatch of merchandise.
- Process stock within required timelines.
- Ensure stock is rotated efficiently from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping and neatness standards.
- Control shrinkage in accordance with company expectations.
Qualifications and experience
- Matric / Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Retail experience is essential.
- Two years of stockroom experience is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality is an advantage.
