About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-oriented Stock Market Specialist to provide expert guidance on equity investments, portfolio management, and market opportunities. This full-time position based in Indore involves analyzing market trends, recommending investment products, and supporting clients to meet their financial objectives while complying with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on stock and securities decisions aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Analyze market trends, company fundamentals, and technical data to detect investment opportunities.
• Construct and oversee client portfolios emphasizing diversification and risk control.
• Conduct periodic portfolio assessments and suggest rebalancing as needed.
• Keep abreast of market developments, economic data, and regulatory changes from authorities like SEBI or SEC.
• Educate clients on various investment products, potential risks, and strategies.
• Generate research documentation, market updates, and investment proposals.
• Ensure all advisory work complies with applicable regulatory and internal policies.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and quality service.
• Achieve targets related to assets under advisory and new client acquisition.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or relevant field; MBA or CFA credential preferred.
• Region-specific certifications such as NISM, SEBI Registered Investment Advisor, or licenses like Series 65/66.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in equity research, brokerage, or investment advisory services.
• Deep knowledge of stock markets, mutual funds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
• Familiarity with financial analysis platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and trading terminals.

Compensation and Employment

The compensation package includes a base salary and incentives based on performance, such as commissions linked to assets under advisory or trading volumes. This role reports directly to the Senior Investment Manager or Branch Head in the Advisory Services department at the Indore location. Employment type is full-time.
