Stock Incharge

Overview

We are seeking a versatile Stock Incharge at Cult.fit who will also handle housekeeping duties. This position involves overseeing in-store inventory management, keeping accurate stock documentation, organizing replenishments, and ensuring products are correctly stored and arranged. Alongside inventory responsibilities, the candidate will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the store environment to provide a safe and pleasant atmosphere for members and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the stockroom in a clean, orderly, and well-kept state with items labeled and positioned in designated areas for efficient tracking and retrieval.
• Manage the movement of stock from the store to other departments or locations, ensuring all outward stock processes have proper documentation and updated records.
• Perform regular calibration checks on stock or related equipment to assure operational standards are met, reporting any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Support stock audits by preparing physical inventory, supplying precise records, and collaborating with auditors to verify compliance and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass from a recognized board.
• Basic reading and writing ability in simple English or the local language.
• Familiarity with fundamental stock management techniques such as counting, recording, organizing, and labeling stock items.
• Physically fit enough to carry out manual tasks including lifting stock and cleaning responsibilities.
• Attentive to detail, disciplined in maintaining both cleanliness standards and accurate inventory records.
