Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming store environment by processing merchandise for the sales floor and restocking inventory while providing knowledgeable assistance to guests.
• Manage daily stockroom operations by organizing shipping supplies and maintaining orderly storage for incoming and outgoing products.
• Accurately and promptly handle all inbound and outbound shipments in line with retail operation policies and procedures.
• Actively engage in store meetings, prepare inventory reports, and effectively communicate or resolve stock-related discrepancies or inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in guest service and stock handling.
• Highly organized with a continuous focus on efficiency.
• Strong communication skills combined with numerical proficiency.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to identify opportunities and show initiative.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open to performing additional duties necessary to support business operations.

Compensation varies depending on factors such as experience, skills, and location, with an hourly rate range from $19.00 to $27.00 or minimum wage.
