About the Role

Harvest Homemade Cafe is seeking a diligent Still Room Assistant to join its team, contributing to the efficient operation behind the scenes of a busy café environment. This role requires dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order to support overall service quality. Availability on both weekdays and weekends is crucial to ensure consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the still room, wash-up, and kitchen support areas thoroughly cleaned and well-organised.
• Wash and store crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen tools adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Help manage stock delivery, proper storage, and rotation of supplies.
• Assist café and kitchen staff with general cleaning and food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, HACCP guidelines, and health and safety regulations at all times.
• Offer support in other areas of the café to facilitate teamwork and smooth operation.

• Must possess full flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
