Position Summary

We seek a Steward dedicated to maintaining a spotless, secure, and well-ordered environment that supports our culinary teams and elevates guest satisfaction. Your role behind the scenes is crucial in ensuring all kitchen and dining areas uphold the highest cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools using correct equipment and techniques.
• Keep kitchen, storage, back-of-house, and employee dining areas tidy and organized.
• Safely operate dishwashing and cleaning machinery.
• Contribute to the sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety regulations.
• Handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals according to safety protocols.
• Assist culinary staff by maintaining a consistent supply of clean equipment for seamless service.

Requirements

• Must obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card as mandated by the Hawaii State Department of Health for food and beverage personnel.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Strong work ethic paired with great attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-focused environment.
• Commitment to upholding cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to support multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Additional Information

A $1,000 gross sign-on bonus is available upon successful completion of a 90-day probation period and review; internal applicants within the Four Seasons Resort do not qualify for this incentive.
