Role Details
- Position: Static Security Officer
- Location: Drogheda, Co Louth, Ireland
- Work Schedule: Shift-based covering weekdays and weekends, days and nights
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Hourly Rate: €18.00
Key Duties
- Safeguard lives and property
- Manage and respond to incidents promptly
- Conduct regular property patrols
- Monitor CCTV systems for security breaches
- Control access to premises
- Provide excellent customer service
- Generate detailed security reports
- Communicate and coordinate with management
Mandatory Qualifications
- Basic Guarding Skills aligned with QQI Level 4 standards
- Valid Private Security Authority License for static guarding
- Clean EU driving license with proficiency in manual vehicles
- At least six months of relevant industry experience
- Good English skills, both verbal and written, at minimum B2 level
- Valid work permit or visa if required
- Fundamental IT competence
General Expectations
- Capability to adhere to a shift-based roster including weekends and weekdays
- Effective communication capabilities
- Ability to work independently and self-manage
