About the Role
Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, Ohio is looking for a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant to join its overnight care team. This full-time position runs on a night schedule with rotating weekends, from 7:00pm to 7:00am. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time STNAs.

Role Overview
In this position, you will provide hands-on care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff. The role is centered on helping residents with everyday needs while maintaining comfort, safety, and a supportive environment.
Core Duties
- Support residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Help residents move safely, including transfers, ambulation, mobility support, and repositioning.
- Observe residents for physical, emotional, or mental changes and communicate concerns to nursing personnel.
- Measure and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output as instructed.
- Keep care records accurate and up to date.
- Respond to resident call lights quickly and respectfully.
- Assist with meals and encourage adequate hydration.
- Offer kind emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights procedures.
- Coordinate well with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or another healthcare setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Good communication and people skills are important.
- You should be able to deliver compassionate, resident-focused care.
- Dependable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility are expected.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to safely lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
- Requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Work involves physically demanding tasks in a healthcare environment.
