Job description
Role Overview
Lead and manage the non-prime Loan Against Property (LAP) segment across 17 branches located in Virar, Panvel, and Pune. Target monthly disbursal between Rs 10 to 15 Crores with a yield range of 16-18%. Oversee a field workforce of approximately 100 staff members through cluster head leadership. Responsible for managing soft collections up to 30 days past due (DPD) as well as establishing and expanding DSA and connector distribution networks.
Candidate Profile
Applicants must possess between 9 to 15 years of experience in secured retail lending sales, specifically in LAP, mortgage loans, or SME financing, along with proven capabilities in multi-cluster leadership. Experience should predominantly cover the non-prime, small-ticket, and self-employed customer segments. Demonstrated ownership of both loan disbursal and soft collection processes is essential. Familiarity with DSA networks across Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune is required.
