Currently, Mace is delivering strategic project management consultancy for large-scale new stadium constructions, redevelopments of multiple existing stadiums, and broader precinct transformations in Riyadh. This includes building new stadiums, expanding seating capacities in existing venues, developing major mixed-use facilities, and executing comprehensive knowledge transfer initiatives to guarantee operational efficiency and sustainable success long after construction is completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring they are aligned with Mace's Control Centre and corporate frameworks.
• Establish and nurture robust professional relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Support the creation and implementation of functional management plans, including activities related to performance monitoring and reporting.
• Contribute to developing and applying stakeholder and communication approaches as well as operationalizing team and regional strategies.
• Provide direction and everyday support to junior colleagues when necessary.
• Collaborate actively on strategies aimed at achieving net zero carbon emission targets, taking responsibility to identify, manage, and reduce carbon emissions during project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum of 9 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Professional membership in relevant institutions is advantageous.
• Prior experience working on stadium projects is essential.
• Compliance with Saudi Arabian visa requirements and possession of relevant experience on high-value projects or programs within a project management consultancy environment, vital for immigration and client approvals.
