Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become the UAE's first integrated resort, scheduled for opening in 2027. Situated approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, the resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining venues including restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. Amenities will include several swimming and wading pools, a luxury spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a dedicated center for events and celebrations.

Role Overview

The resort is currently recruiting for the role of Stage Crew to support the Theater Operations team, ensuring seamless stage performance execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with assembling and dismantling scenery, props, and stage equipment around performances.
• Facilitate efficient scene transitions during live shows.
• Maintain cleanliness and systematic storage of backstage areas, including props and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of stage components to identify and report any damage or safety issues.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, promoting a secure work environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to guarantee readiness for performances.
• Participate in technical rehearsals and attend production meetings as necessary.
• Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the Head of Stage or Technical Director.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in theater arts is advantageous.
• Prior experience in stage crew or theater production assistance is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stagecraft, rigging, and theater equipment usage.
• Physical capability to handle heavy lifting and endure demanding work environments.
• Comfortable performing work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts aligned with production requirements.
• Effective communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with a capability to accurately follow instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and agility in fast-moving contexts.

• Dependable and punctual in all assigned responsibilities.
