Staff Nurse - Orthopaedic Outpatient Centre

Role Overview

We are presenting an exciting part-time permanent position within the Orthopaedic outpatient centre at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This role focuses on assisting clinicians across various orthopaedic clinics encompassing trauma, elective, and spinal outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee clinic preparations to ensure smooth and efficient operation using available resources.
• Provide support to clinicians by anticipating their needs during clinics.
• Manage Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) within the clinical areas, supporting them while on duty.
• Deliver patient care adhering to the highest standards aligned with the Trust's Values and Behaviours.

Working Environment

The outpatient department serves as a primary point of contact for many patients and visitors; thus, the team strives to deliver a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality service. Creating warm, comfortable, and accessible surroundings for all attendees is a priority.

Additional Information
