Job description
Overview
The role calls for delivering exceptional, patient-focused nursing care by systematically assessing, planning, executing, and reviewing clinical interventions in line with approved standards and organizational guidelines. The nurse ensures compassionate and safe care, provides patient and family support through education and advocacy, and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to foster an effective and positive healthcare setting.
This position is dedicated to the Ophthalmology Department, which mainly operates Monday through Friday without night shifts, with rare Saturday shifts (approximately one 6-hour shift per 16 weeks) after specialized training completion. The nurse will rotate across various ophthalmic services, including the Day Surgery Unit, Outpatient Clinic, Injection Suite, and Eye Emergency Department.
The hospital reserves the option to close recruitment early in case of high application volumes.
