The Role

We are seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Nurses eager to enhance their capabilities across various clinical specialties. Work Details

• Full-time, permanent role based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary
• Work schedule involves rotational shifts Monday to Sunday

Key Duties

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based care programs tailored to individual patient needs
• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing within multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain comprehensive patient records adhering to professional and organizational standards
• Empower patients, families, and carers in participating in care decisions
• Support and supervise students, trainees, and junior staff members
• Engage in clinical audits, research, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Manage clinical resources, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Capability to deliver high-quality nursing care in fast-paced clinical settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Sound clinical judgment and dedication to person-centered care
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
• Effective workload prioritization while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
