Role Summary

This part-time position sits within the kitchen team and supports the Staff Brasserie. The role focuses on helping deliver a positive dining experience for colleagues while maintaining high standards across food quality, cleanliness, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support stock control and help with ordering for the Staff Brasserie.
• Keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and well presented.
• Ensure food in the Staff Brasserie is maintained to a strong standard of quality and appearance.
• Assist with preparing and cooking Staff Brasserie menu items.
• Follow food safety requirements consistently.
• Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service at all times.

Working Pattern

The role requires 32 hours per week, generally scheduled from Monday to Friday. Some weekend shifts may also be needed.
